2. The Soundtrack

Going back to the opening. I loved the music. In fact, Midnight in Paris is the only soundtrack for a Woody Allen film I have ever bought. The jazz, 1920s tracks and the accordion beat was great. Much of the nostalgia and warm glow of the film was born out of the music which not only complimented the movie but was essential to it. Gill€™s first trip out with Scott and Zelda Fitzgerald was just a brilliant trip through Great Gatsby era decadence with the music to match.
