I've been pretty vocal about my love for Kevin McKidd on the Internet before, primarily because of his spectacular turn as Lucius Vorenus in HBO's Rome. Out of everyone on this list, I think McKidd most appropriately looks like Max Dillon, and seeing his channeled rage in Rome just compliments his perfection for the role of Electro. He's been on Grey's Anatomy for a bit, and I'd love to see him use The Amazing Spider-Man 2 as a launching pad to jump off that show. He's incredibly underrated and could really provide a fantastic character if given the chance.
