Best known for her roles in Quantum Of Solace and Oblivion, Ukraine-born Olga Kurylenko auditioned for the part of Wonder Woman in 2016’s Batman V Superman: Dawn Of Justice, a process she described as wearing a bathing suit and leather boots.

Not your typical day in the office, unless it is, in which case congratulations, your job is awesome.

It may have helped that Olga knew the actor she read her lines with, as she had worked with Ben Affleck before in the movie To the Wonder. Well, no. As we all know, the part went to Gal Gadot - and Olga said she had no idea what happened, just like any audition.

Maybe the Batman v Superman producers didn't want someone who had previously worked with their Batman or had previously worked in a film with the word Wonder in the title, but Olga isn't bitter.

Speaking to The Hollywood Reporter, Kurylenko explained, "They’re always surreal experiences. It’s funny. I loved the film just so you know. I don’t like every action film, but I liked Wonder Woman. I really enjoyed it."
