Based on events that definitely happened to Ariana Berlin, Full Out is the true-life story that'll have you running for the treadmill instead of the TV.

When a junior gymnast breaks her legs in a car crash, she struggles to come to terms with a life without spandex and powdered hands. Along the way she discovers street-dancing, and slowly rebuilds her life with the help of hip-hop. Classic stuff.

As inspirational stories go it's right up there, if you're also a fourteen year-old springboard menace from California. Otherwise, give this one a wide berth.
