Now we move out of the more subtle comparative examples of racism, and enter the territory of the €˜oh my God, this can€™t be real€™ racism. This short is supposed to be a €˜Japanese propaganda film€™ that was snuck out of Japan, and so presents itself as a mockumentary of sorts. The content is quite mind blowing €“ there are multiple instances of racist dialogue such as €˜prease€™ (instead of €˜please) and €˜rosing face€™ (instead of €˜losing face€™); a skunk that is apparently so offended by the scent of the Japanese that he has to turn around and go home; and a vulture in place of a rooster that says €˜cock-a-doodle-do prease€™. It is best just to watch this one, because transcripting everything in it doesn€™t give it even half of the cumulative effect that you get from watching the whole thing.
