2. Chris Klein (Mamma Mia)

Role? Sky.

Did he get the part? No.

Mamma Mia was an incredibly successful adaptation of the Broadway musical of the same name, but had Chris Klein been cast in one of the lead roles instead of Dominic Cooper, the project could have turned out very differently.

Because, as you'll hear, Klein really struggles with those high notes. A lot. It sounds like a dog howling - perhaps clamping his privates in a vice would have produced better results.

Then there's his overly animated facial expressions; more specifically, his wide, "I'm going to kill you now" eyes and his raised eyebrows that stretch halfway up his forehead. It would've been incredibly distracting in the film, and while musicals do require a pinch of theatricality, he took it too far here.

Add to that the fluffed lyrics and the weird Mandy Moore fixation, and you've got a clip that Chris Klein will desperately want to forget, but you won't be able to. Be warned!
