Overwhelmed with grief and anger, she'll make a mistake which ultimately causes her her life. Kicking off Phase 3 with a character death would be an amazing way to set the tone for what's coming next, and since Scarlett Witch was only introduced in Age Of Ultron, it wouldn't be a massive blow to fans of the franchise.
