9. Cyclops - Henry Cavill

According to the rumour mill, Henry Cavill is already being eyed by Marvel to play a role in the MCU and its clear to see why: the man was a pretty good Superman, such talent could be adapted to any number of heroes (especially all of Marvel's Superman knock-offs).

The hero it should be adapted to though? That honour should fall to Cyclops.

While at face value Supes and Cyke may not seem like the most similar of characters, delving into them shows that they do actually share quite a few traits. For example, being the 'boy scout' of their respective teams, their (almost arrogant) determination and unwillingness to detour from what they consider the 'right' thing.

As such, Cavill would suit the one-eyed mutant rather nicely, particularly if Marvel Studios decided they wanted a bulkier Scott Summers.
