Actually, Vulture And Scorpion ARE NOT In Spider-Man: Far From Home

And maybe don't expect to see Chameleon either...

Spider-Man: Far From Home's marketing campaign has ramped up massively this week with the reveal of the second spoilerific trailer, which confirmed that the MCU Multiverse is open. And now all sorts of lovely details have emerged from some outlets lucky enough to be invited to the Far From Home sets. Not us, though, for we are rogues or something.

Anyway, included in ScreenRant's excellent write-up - by our good friend Alex Leadbeater, no less - is a little note saying that we shouldn't believe everything that's appeared online about the film. The report then makes the point of saying that Michael Keaton's Vulture, Michael Mando's Scorpion and Donald Glover's Prowler all don't appear in Far From Home at all.

On the one hand, that's unfortunate, because Homecoming set them up as important story elements going forward, with Scorpion vowing revenge on Spidey. But then again, Far From Home has a double-stuffed story that is tied more closely to the fallout from Endgame, so going back to something from the past instead wouldn't have fit quite as well.

And it could mean that we're going to see them in Spider-Man 3 (or over in the Sony movies where it's rumoured we MIGHT get to see a Sinister Six movie at some point). Because there's surely no way you hire Michael Mando for a walk-on cameo and then never use him again, right?

Meanwhile, the report also offers a little bit on Numan Acar's involvement, as director Jon Watts refused to confirm whether he's playing Chameleon (whose first name in the comics Acar's character shares:
