By the end of Tim Burtons movie, the hookah-smoking, monocle-wearing caterpillar Absolem has transformed into a gorgeous blue butterfly. That metamorphosis not only gives Absolem wings, it seems its given him 20-20 vision. Gone is any trace of the monocle he was always seen wearing last time. Maybe trying to fly around while holding a lens in place in your eye socket would be too hard? Looks like hes checked himself into rehab as well, because theres no hookah in sight either.
