The mid-credits scene shows Hank taking Hope into a special chamber, where he reveals to her the Wasp suit, having come to realise that he and his departed wife were working on it for her. The scene implyies, of course, that Hope will become the next Wasp for either a future Ant-Man movie or, more likely, Avengers: Infinity War (considering that Evangeline Lilly isn't on the cast list for Captain America: Civil War, though Paul Rudd is). As she looks lovingly at the suit, she says, "It's about damn time".
