And finally, we have the movie's post-credits tags. The mid-credits scene sees Scott heading into the quantum realm to obtain healing particles which can help cure Ava, but shortly after entering, Hank, Janet and Hope are turned to dust as a result of Thanos' snap, leaving Scott stranded in the quantum realm.
It's a neat way to inject some seriousness into an otherwise almost totally flippant movie, and is cemented by a post-credits tag which shows the house arrest ant drumming away on the electronic drum kit while the emergency broadcast system plays on the TV and the surrounding area is eerily silent.
And if that's not enough, the final message reads, "Ant-Man and the Wasp will return", with a question mark being added to the sentence at the last minute. Ouch.
