11. Elihas & Catherine Starr
Elihas Starr (Michael Cerveris) and his wife Catherine (Riann Steele) appear ever-so-briefly in flashback form, as Ghost explains how she came to be afflicted by molecular disequilibrium.
Elihas was a scientist who worked alongside Hank Pym (Michael Douglas), but Pym had him fired and discredited for disagreeing with Pym's work.
This lead to Elihas attempting to reach the quantum realm on his own, but in his eagerness to forge ahead, his experiment became unstable and triggered an explosion, killing both himself and Catherine, while leaving his daughter Ava/Ghost with the aforementioned phasing issue.
Elihas Starr is of course better known to comic book fans as Egghead, and while there's no chance the MCU would ever literally adapt the baddie to the big screen, it was nevertheless neat to see him reinvented here.
