1. Some Effects Are Obviously Incomplete

As a lot of the more cynical commenters on the trailer have already noted, some of the effects work is clearly not complete and it sticks out rather unfortunately.

Some of the underwater battle sequences look like they could do with a bit more polish and so too does the shark that comes to Arthur's "rescue" when he's a child.

The reality, of course, is that most trailers will be released with "early build" effects in there, but there are ways and means to hide it a little more artfully.

And now to the positives...
