The Rumour
Going back to the same trailer description leak, it seems the film's title may have also made its way online. According to a short but concise enough post: "Title reveal: Avengers: Annihilation"
It's a surprising one, but it certainly fits with the way Marvel have used existing comic arc titles for other stories in the films. And it's definitely a good title.

Still, Annihilation is a bit of a difficult one to accept at this point in the Infinity Saga, since the Avengers' whole agenda is to reverse Thanos' annihilation at the end of the first movie. Had Infinity War been called Annihilation and Avngers 4 been called Infinity War, it would have worked WAY better. Then again, it is a very striking title and that may be all Marvel are looking for.
