Of the two programmes he ignores in favour of FRIDAY, the most noticable is named Jocasta as a deliberate nod to Ultron's own Bride Of Frankenstein creation in the comics.
In his search for a mate, Ultron effectively stole the lifeforce of Janet Van Dyne and injecting it into a robotic shell named after the Oedipal mother. That in itself is another reference to Ultron's Oedipal obsession with his "father" or creator, a story mechanic that was brought through to the film, despite the changes to the villain's origin.
In the comics, as with Vision, Jocasta rebelled and would become an Avenger.
