The Avengers: Endgame trailer has been on everyone's lips for the last few days, racking up an insane 294 million worldwide views and demolishing the 24-hour record previously held by Avengers: Infinity War (230 million).
Smartly, the trailer kept concrete details to a discrete minimum, with the surprisingly lengthy trailer focusing instead on establishing a bleak tone and depicting the surviving heroes as they attempt to pick up the pieces following Thanos' (Josh Brolin) devastating finger snap (now canonically known as The Decimation).
Naturally, the trailer roused a ton of intrigue and invited a heap of questions from fans chomping at the bit to see how The Avengers launch a comeback against the Mad Titan.
If Infinity War proved anything, it's to expect the unexpected, and while there are plenty of rumours and supposed "leaks" already floating around online, Endgame's first trailer does little to confirm or deny most of them.
