22. The Big Lebowski

As the Avengers converge at their HQ to plot the time heist, Thor makes his glorious entrance, donning a pair of shades and drinking a can of beer, prompting Tony to refer to him as "Lebowski."

Stark is of course referring to the Coen brothers' cult classic comedy The Big Lebowski, given that with his epic beard, shades, dressing gown, doughy frame and generally frumpy appearance, the Asgardian is an unexpected dead ringer for Jeff Bridges' protagonist The Dude.

Of all the pop-culture references Tony has made over the years, this is surely one of the most spot-on.
