7. Spider-Man's Instant Kill Mode

During the final battle, Spider-Man finds himself overrun by Thanos' army of monsters, and so activates the "instant kill" feature of his Stark suit, which turns Spidey's eyes red and causes the suit's Iron Spider legs to stab anything in the vicinity to death.

This is of course a nod to Spider-Man: Homecoming, where the suit's AI interface, Karen, mentions that the suit has an instant kill mode, which Peter naturally balks at using.

But when it comes to slobbering alien monsters, there's a lot less moral ambiguity there.
