10. Scarlet Witch and Vision

Though Infinity War looks to be the one of the darkest MCU movies to date, promising death and destruction, it is still a Marvel movie so there is guaranteed to be some levity. And given their trajectory so far, it seems likely that we'll see that from Vision and Scarlet Witch’s relationship as they develop romantically, and Vision's culture-clash humour is pushed again.

The two will likely grow closer together throughout the movie, playing out the ‘forbidden fruit’ relationship (since Scarlet Witch is currently on the run), developing Vision’s character by showing a more impulsive personality, and giving Scarlet Witch someone to grow attached to. Someone to lose.

This could be the spark that ignites a whole new character arc for Scarlet Witch. She has already lost her brother since becoming an Avenger, she can’t afford to lose a lover too. Vision looks likely to meet his demise in Infinity War, and should this happen, it may be the trigger that sets Wanda on a new path. Possibly a villainous path.

We could be heading towards the House of M storyline adapted in the MCU, and it will start with Wanda and Vision growing closer together, only to be torn apart. This could be what sends Wanda over the edge.
