8. The Soul Stone Is On Wakanda
The Spoiler:
After remaining mysteriously guarded for the entire MCU so far, the Soul Stone's location will be unveiled as Wakanda - either in Black Panther or the start of Infinity War, leading to Thanos' forces invading to retrieve it.
It wouldn't be at all surprising if Marvel used the stone to explain how the sacred herbs on Wakanda that give the Panthers their powers are themselves magically empowered. It would fit with the way other Stones have been established as powering other secondary artefacts, after all.
The Evidence:
LEGO did it again, this time in the set called The Hulkbuster Fight (as seen in the Infinity War trailer), which has the Soul Stone listed as one of its component pieces. Interestingly, the same set also reveals that Bruce Banner is inside the Hulkbuster armour rather than Tony Stark.
Plus, by the process of elimination, it HAS to be there. It's the only place we haven't been to yet and it's the final step before Infinity War's release.
