At the end of the New York fight, Spider-Man is left clinging to Thanos' spaceship as it reaches a dangerous altitude.

As such, Tony Stark orders F.R.I.D.A.Y. (Kerry Condon) to deploy "17A" into the air, which turns out to be the Iron Spider suit and quickly attaches itself to Peter, effectively saving his life.

This number wasn't just chosen at random, though: Spider-Man Vol 1 #17 in fact features the web-slinger facing off against Thanos, with Spidey very nearly meeting his end (albeit under distinctly different circumstances).
