Avengers: Infinity War - Every Character Ranked Worst To Best

24. Okoye

Marvel Studios

Like her king, Okoye only comes into play when the action turns to Wakanda, but she actually gets a little more than T'Challa to do thanks to more charitable writing.

T'Challa obviously isn't the kind to make frivolous jokes, but Okoye's bristling perpetual annoyance works really well with her funnier lines and she's great fun as well as being a bonafide battlefield bad-ass. Thankfully, it seems we'll also get to see more of her in the sequel, which is no bad thing.

23. Cull Obsidian

Marvel Studios

He might only be the equivalent of Thanos' battering ram, but Cull Obsidian (who could easily have still been called Black Dwarf since dwarves in this movie aren't small) is good entertainment value. He doesn't talk beyond grunting but he's a nice balance for the Hulk and seeing him and Bruce Banner in the Hulkbuster through down is one of the highlights of the big battle sequence.

Crucially, he's not just cannon fodder and his threat holds some actual weight, which really does help with his immediate impact in place of a lack of character development.
