Cause of Death: Disintegrated.

And now we come to the disintegration deaths that are truly memorable and affecting. Scarlet Witch (Elizabeth Olsen) is left heartbroken by Vision's death, and as she turns to dust, the almost relieved expression on her face makes it seem like Thanos is honestly doing her a favour (or even a mercy, as he would say).

In addition to mourning Vision, you have to wonder whether or not Scarlet Witch is also considering the prospect she's about to join her departed brother Quicksilver (Aaron Taylor-Johnson), which would further explain her facial expression.

Having to watch your boyfriend killed twice and then dying yourself? Man, that's messed up.
