10. Nick Fury

Cause of Death: Disintegrated.

For starters, how awesome was it to see Nick Fury (Samuel L. Jackson) again? Sure, he showed up only to be killed off, but Jackson nevertheless made the absolute most of his mere minute of screen time.

After Maria Hill is disintegrated, Fury reaches desperately for the pager in his car, and just as he sends a distress call to Captain Marvel (Brie Larson), he begins turning to dust. In an unexpectedly hilarious moment, he lets out "Motherf---" before his face is no more.

It's a great moment that cashes in on Jackson's charm, presents a moment of grim levity following the horror of Thanos' snap, and also sets up Captain Marvel's imminent arrival.
