Handing over information to Captain America to help him trace Helmut Zemo at the climax of Civil War. According to Steve, it would get her in trouble, which it presumably did.

Though her SHIELD team-mates (if that's what they even are any more) appear in the Infinity War post-credits, she's not there, so she's presumably with Everett Ross and the CIA while the government loses its mind about half of everyone disappearing.

Will She Be Back?

She doesn't really have a story to tell, but she's basically Cap's girlfriend, so it would be wrong for us not to get SOME sort of resolution to that story (assuming he's going to be killed off).
