Enjoying his promotion to ops manager for Tony Stark by almost losing an entire airplane in Spider-Man: Homecoming.

Will He Be Back?

He doesn't really have that much to do in story terms, so Happy is undoubtedly just looking after Stark Enterprise's day-to-day operations while the events of Infinity War are going on and Pepper worries about Tony. He'll still be there in Avengers 4 (assuming he didn't evaporate) and is set to appear, as he's been pictured on set.
