The Avengers: Infinity War cast continues to swell.

Though she is yet to make her first MCU appearance as Dora Milaje member (and key T'Challa aide) Okoye in Black Panther, The Walking Dead's Danai Gurira is the latest Wakandan cast member to be confirmed for Avengers: Infinity War.

Deadline have confirmed that Gurira will be part of the huge cast, though they aren't going as far as to confirm she's playing the same character, which would be pretty big swerve. It makes a lot more sense that she's Okoye once more, and thus that she'll survive Black Panther's events.

Having said that, we thought the same about Yondu when he was "confirmed" for Infinity War too...

Chadwick Boseman recently also confirmed that there will be some Wakandan scenes in the film, which goes some way to explaining why Shuri, M'Baku and now Okoye would be appearing.

Does that mean Thanos will be attacking the nation? Could it be that an Infinity Stone is sent there for safe-keeping in the run-up to his attack? Or perhaps he sees the value of using Vibranium to boost his powers too? All intriguing questions.
