It's hard to place this shot in full context, though it's presumably just before or after they head to Wakanda, but what's interesting is the reunion of Bruce Banner and Natasha Romanoff, who had the beginnings of an ill-fated romance back in Avengers: Age of Ultron.

Mark Ruffalo recently revealed that the romance would come into focus again, and with the characters once more sharing the screen we can expect it to start playing out here, even if there are bigger concerns.
