As Batman attempts to steal Lex Luthor's Kryptonite stash as it's being transported, he's stopped by Superman, as the Batmobile ricochets off of him and smashes into the side of a building. Superman then rips the door off the Batmobile and confronts Bats, telling him to hang up the cape and cowl, and that this is an act of mercy on his part. Batman then asks him, "Tell me, do you bleed?" before Superman flies off, and Bats ends with, "You will." It's one of the most bada** lines in the entire movie, and all the more cool when you consider that Superman probably heard Batman saying "You will" even though he was probably a few miles away by then, thanks to his super-hearing.
