4. Does Batman Legitimately Stand A Chance Against Superman?
This has been the big question ever since the movie was announced: how does Ben Affleck in a bat suit stand any remote chance against a super-powered Kryptonian who had a hand in destroying most of Metropolis? Well, if the film decides to take a leaf out of the comic books, Batman holds his own against Supes by using all of his brain and his arsenal of tricks, technology, and some kryptonite for good measure. But, based on what we do know about the film and what's been established, the odds are still stacked against the Caped Crusader. Superman has been shown to be young and incredibly powerful whereas Bruce Wayne is older, wearier, and may or may not possess the kryptonite he needs. Despite these doubts, the film's choreographer has stated that the fight will not be as lopsided as it may initially seem. So does this mean that Superman's power is brought down to some sort of level playing field? Perhaps that's how Lex Luthor and his kryptonite fits into the story, or maybe Wonder Woman feels the need to side with Batman in order to make it a fair fight. Either way, there is little doubt that fans are certainly looking forward to some fisticuffs between Batman and Superman (or just Ben Affleck getting his face pummelled by Henry Cavill).
