Ray Fisher has been cast as Victor Stone, AKA Cyborg, and has signed up for loads of films (two Justice League movies, and then a standalone solo story in 2020) within the DC Extended Universe. Rumour has it that hell make an appearance in Batman V Superman: Dawn Of Justice, which could lead to him stealing the show if Mr Fishers performance is strong. The first images of Fishers Cyborg were released by DC a few months ago, and showed Victors face looking seriously mangled. This would be in keeping with the comics, wherein Victor was made part-robotic by his scientist father in order to survive a horrific accident. If a character that looks like that shows up in Batman V Superman unannounced, audiences are bound to be intrigued and possibly a little bit shocked. Cyborgs super strength and robotic powers could look great up on the big screen, which could in turn cause fans to latch onto this character as a new favourite. Whether or not Cyborg will steal the show depends on how Zack Snyder decides to slot him in. It wouldnt be enough to just plonk him in the background. Hed need to make an impact with some memorable dialogue and awesome fight scenes in order to truly ignite audience interest.
