5. Give Lois Something To Do
Traditionally, Lois Lane is the furthest thing form a damsel in distress. Shes relentless, smart and can hold her own against even the worst villains, and forthe first half of Man Of Steel, we saw that side to her personality. Once Zod showed up, however, all of those traits seemed to disappear.
Lois Lane is too important a character to just sit around and wait to be rescued. She should be proactive instead of reacting, trying to escape instead of waiting to be saved. Batman V Superman needs to find a way to properly utilize her as the incredible reporter that she is. Moreover, Zack Snyder needs to find a way to better use the incredible acting talents of Amy Adams.
The scenes from the trailer with her and Lex inspire some hope in this regard. Ideally, shell be conducting her own investigation into him and won'tsimply be taken by the villain again. Having her come to Supermans aid with details about Luthor could make her character really feel essential to the film and to Supermans life.
