Batman V Superman: 8 Post-Credit Stingers That Could Happen

6. Bruce And Clark On The Clean-Up

Post-credit scenes don't always have to tease a sequel or set up a character. Many, like Avengers Assemble€™s infamous shawarma stinger, are just there for the hell of it, something for the fans to laugh at and discuss when they leave the theatre. That being said, some scenes can be a simple way for the filmmakers to tie up an outstanding subplot. At the end of Thor: The Dark World, for instance, we see Thor return to Earth and reunite himself with Jane Foster, bringing a happy sense of finality to their romantic saga. Batman v Superman could do both these things in one fell swoop. Pretty much everyone's main criticism of Man Of Steel was the ridiculous amount of destruction Supes caused toward the end of the film, and the fact that he seemingly didn't do anything to help tidy it up. While that cleanup and the ramifications of such destruction will feature in Batman v Superman, audiences are having to wait until March 2016 to see the end of a plot-line that started 3 years prior. It's safe to assume that a similar level of property damage will occur toward the end of the upcoming superhero showdown, and the post-credit scene could show our shameless heroes voluntarily shifting rubble or carrying injured civilians to safety. Both a tongue-in-cheek reference to the end of Man of Steel and an easy way to amicably resolve another potentially destructive death-match, it would be a smart, humorous and witty conclusion for the so many people who had problems with Superman€™s last outing.
