20 Totally INSANE Moments From Recent Horror Movies

13. The O.G. Cast Kills The New Cast - Scary Movie

The sixth Scary Movie didn't really bring much new or interesting to the table, save for its closing gag which took pointed aim at the cynicism of most Hollywood legacy sequels.

With the sequel introducing us to original protagonist Cindy's (Anna Faris) daughters Sara (Olivia Rose Keegan) and Tuesday (Savannah Lee Nassif), it seemed that the new Scary Movie was teeing up a pair of characters who could potentially inherit the mantle from the hallowed originals.

However, when Sara and Tuesday start cracking jokes about taking over the franchise from their elders, an enraged Cindy, Brenda (Regina Hall), Shorty (Marlon Wayans), and Ray (Shawn Wayans) decide to ensure that never happens.

They tie the siblings up, douse them in gasoline, and throw a match, leaving the duo to burn to death while the four O.G. characters declare that the franchise still belongs to them.

As woeful as most of this movie was, that's very well played.
