So, where the hell is the Soul Stone anyway?
Black Panther may have been one of the Marvel Cinematic Universe's more standalone offerings to date, but that doesn't mean it didn't leave fans with a heap of questions to consider, both for any potential sequels, and of course, the upcoming Avengers: Infinity War.
Like the very best superhero movies, Black Panther left the audience wanting more, with a number of tantalising mysteries - from the crucial to the, well, less so - left unexplained, ensuring fan speculation will ramp up in the short wait for Infinity War to hit screens.
Ryan Coogler and co. did a fantastic job playing with viewer expectations, serving up a number of surprises and teasing fans with hints towards the future without fully committing to anything. Many of the film's hanging narrative threads could go in many different directions, from the fallout of the movie's final battle, to THAT post-credits scene, the more subtle world-building and everything in-between.
Granted, not all of these nagging questions will be decisively answered in Infinity War or even Black Panther 2, but they're sure to remain on fans' lips regardless until they're finally resolved...
