8. The Vegetarian Joke

When Ramonda, Nakia, Shuri and Everett Ross go to M'Baku's mountain realm for assistance in taking down Killmonger, he is initially aggressive to Ross in particular and is outraged when he dares speak in his company. Naturally, he threatens the "colonialist" with being fed to his children if he talks again.

Ross is terrified, obviously, but M'Baku quickly laughs it off saying he and his whole family are vegetarians.

It comes as a surprise, then, that he then mentions that his fishermen found T'Challa washed up on the shore. If you don't eat fish, why catch them? That's wasteful.

Also, he's literally wearing furs. If you don't eat the flesh of the animals you kill for their fur, you're worse than a meat-eater by some distance.
