1. It Deserves Awards

2017 was counted as a watershed moment for the comic book movie genre with Logan picking up an Oscar nomination for Best Adapted Screenplay, and there might be more Marvel nominations incoming next year if these reviews have any say.

By the sound of it, there's very real belief that Ryan Coogler's film deserves awards attention for production design, costumes and art at least. It's some way away from Best Film talk, but it's a start for certain.
