Like so many villains, Klaue ends up disguising himself to cause some mayhem, dressing up as an advanced paramedic at what seems to be an art gallery or museum, where he pulls out a gun and starts shooting people.

Perhaps he's after some sort of special Wakandan artifact, but again, it's incredibly hard to tell as the clip has zero exterior context. Serkis looks like an absolutely unforgiving savage, though.
