In another shot, it seems that both she and Everett Ross are in fact kidnapped by the villainous M'Baku aka Man-Ape (Winston Duke), though hopefully this doesn't signal the movie succumbing to the classic "too many villains" syndrome that has ruined so many superhero movies over the years.
