Bruce Willis has that kind of career. Hes so powerful in Hollywood, so famed across the land, that he can do whatever the f*ck he wants. He can be in Pulp Fiction, because it has a great script, a great cast, a great director and because he believes in the project. Or he can be in Cop Out, because he wants a gold plated swimming pool. Cop Out is nothing short of depressing. Its an unfunny, un-clever and nigh on unwatchable buddy cop movie from the consistently hit-and-miss Kevin Smith, in which Willis plays a hard boiled cop while Tracy Morgan backs him up as his zany partner and Im boring myself just describing it. Willis just brings nothing to the table here in terms of performance but then again, neither does anyone else. Almost in direct contrast with anything on the Awesome side of this list, Willis is completely switched off; its abundantly clear he just wants to spit his lines, get wrapped, and get home so he can talk to his goldsmith about the pool idea. Cop Out? Precisely.
