15. The Bleeding Edge Armour

Because this is a new film with Iron Man in, he gets a new suit (despite that whole ceremonial destruction of his entire fleet of alternate suits in Iron Man 3), and rather cooly, he gets the fan-favourite Bleeding Edge upgrade.

In the comics the Mark XXXVIII armour is christened the Bleeding Edge get-up and is a sleeker, more powerful version of the suit with several mini-repulsors throughout the suit. Tony doesn't actually use them in the film, but the new suit looks great.

In a pleasant cyclical effect, this armour was initially influenced by the movies, and was intended to bridge the comic version with the one seen in the original Iron Man.
