The image of Cap and Iron Man locked in battle that was released as promotional art before the film's release is recreated in the film, and looks like it's been torn clean from the pages of the comic.

The Ant-Man/Hawkeye team-up during the airport scene is also recreated in homage to the cover of Avengers #223...

So too the shot of Black Panther scraping his nails down Cap's shield is a direct homage to Mike Zeck's iconic cover for Captain America Annual 8, which showed Wolverine doing the same to Cap...

And it's not just specific call-backs to the comics: Cap's line "I could do this all day" of course mirrors the same line he uses in The First Avenger when he gets beaten up while still a dweeb and at the end in his fight with Red Skull.
