It's very brief, but this shot shows Martin Freeman and hints at his role. It would appear that Cap and Falcon report to a German police station (under instruction) where they meet Freeman, resplendent in an awful light grey suit. Is he a German minister? The head of a UN security panel who proposed the Accords? Thunderbolt Ross' boss? It could well be that he's a mix of all of the above. Nice to see confirmation that we didn't dream his casting announcement though.
