1. How Will This Change The MCU?
It's been remarked that Captain Marvel is going to be a game-changer, not least because it introduces the most powerful hero the MCU has ever seen, but just how is it going to change the Marvel Cinematic Universe?
There are a number of elements in play here that could have an impact in the present and future of the MCU: there's the Skrulls getting into SHIELD, and their invasion of Earth as a whole; the pairing of Carol Danvers and Nick Fury, and how/why that leads to Infinity War's post-credits scene; the potential inclusion of the Quantum Realm, and its connection to Avengers 4; and opening up much, much more of the cosmic side of the universe.
That's a lot to pack in, and it means Captain Marvel could massively change the MCU, but just how is it going to do it?
