21. Winry Rockbell - Erin Moriarty

As a close friend of the Elric brothers, an automail mechanic and Edward's eventual love interest, Winry Rockbell is a character who has a major role on the show. It's made clear from the very beginning of the show that when Elric brothers are getting into trouble around Amestris, she's the one of the few people who can bring them back down to earth. She's tough and strong, but also someone who cares deeply about the brothers.

There were a lot of impressive performances in Amazon Studio's Garth Ennis comic book adaptation, The Boys, but Erin Moriarty', who played Starlight in the show, was a bit of a surprise. She did great in a lot of her scenes, showing that she could be believably fierce when challenged, yet king and loving when it's called for. Those are the exact qualities of an actress playing Winry.

While she's not going to be battling homunculi or shooting a particularly dangerous looking Ishvalan with a scar on his head, Winry is no walkover and Moriarty is the perfect choice to showcase that.
