Chris Tucker Comes Out Of Hibernation For THE RABBIT

Chris Tucker is not an actor. He just turns up on set every couple of years for a large paycheck, fooling executives into thinking he is one so he can buy some new properties or a new car, or something. He was inexplicably paid $25 million AND 20% of the $250 million final gross of Rush Hour 3 to show up and do his screeching rap-line delivery, that high-pitched daffy duck voice and CAN... YOU.... UNDERSTAND... THE WORDS... THAT... ARE... COMING... OUT... OF... MY... MOUTH?! Then seemingly he's gone again. There is positives about Tucker not appearing in movies very often, and there it is. I've just said it. Unfortunately, Warner Bros. have attached the "comedian" to The Rabbit, a spec script sale in the vein of Midnight Run from newcomer scribe Micah Burnett. That's all we know but I'm thinking it'll be Rush Hour 4 by a different name, with a white actor, going for the Lethal Weapon dynamic... Then he will actually make Rush Hour 4, most likely. Shudder.
