Not only do Silver Surfer and Adam Warlock appear, but they're incredibly key players.

Surfer is the first character who notices that Thanos is still alive and his rising powers and goes to confront him, at which point Thanos uses the Soul Stone to trap him on Soul World.

While there, he meets Adam Warlock, who restores him to his body and promises to help in the fight against Thanos. Eventually, after Warlock gathers support from the Cosmic entities, the pair lead the charge against Thanos, basically using other heroes as a diversion to plan an assault to steal the Gauntlet.

Neither are involved in any capacity. Adam Warlock is yet to be fully introduced to the MCU and when he doeshe'll be a villain (initially anyway) against the Guardians Of The Galaxy, and Silver Surfer is bundled in with Fantastic Four, so won't appear for a while yet.
