Talks over Wonder Woman 2 have been taking place for months, with a decision to be made after seeing how the film performs at the box-office on its opening weekend. The early outline features Cheetah as the villain, with a big name female in the role, and Chris Pine won't be back.

It'd be a major shock if a Wonder Woman sequel didn't happen, given how well it's been received already. The box-office should certainly help in that regard, with current estimates of a global opening in the region of $175m.
That a outline would also be in the works fits with that too, given they obviously have hopes for a franchise, and Zack Snyder said just a couple of weeks ago that Wonder Woman 2 was indeed happening.
Chris Pine not returning is obvious, since it'll presumably move forwards in time. Cheetah is also very possible for the sequel, since she's one of Wonder Woman's biggest foes, and it fits the studio would want a recognisable name in the role.
