There's so many angles to take with a Miley Cyrus joke that it's probably smart Deadpool's writers saved a lot of time agonising over the best one (VMAs? Wrecking Ball? Hemsworth?) and just snuck her in on the Dead Pool. That, or maybe they're just big fans of Hannah Montana.
